Golden Cape
In the picture below we see my young student’s golden cape that featured in the guided meditation, with all the accompanying feelings: strong, confident, invincible, powerful.
This student knows to visualise wearing the cape the next time they find themselves in a situation that causes anxiety
Tractor
One of my young students really likes tractors so I created a meditation around one. Some key qualities the student chose to add to the meditation are noted, resilience, courage, bravery, happiness and emotional control along with the date. This student can take a tractor ride in their imagination whenever they choose.
The Force Fruit
The Force Fruit is Caring! My young student chose ‘Force Fruit’ to grow from the tree in their guided meditation. They gave the tree’s fruit the special characteristic of ‘caring’.
